TAILORED LIFTING

Greater precision, not greater intensity.

A personalized energy-based lifting treatment

planned with safety first.

About the treatment

NEWYOUNG Tailored Lifting at NEWYOUNG CLINIC is more than a simple combination of energy-based devices such as Ultherapy, Thermage, Onda, InMode, Morpheus, Emface, and ADVA.

We carefully assess skin thickness, fat distribution, current volume, areas likely to hollow or lose firmness, and patterns of sagging.

We then combine devices and tailor treatment intensity and coverage by area to each person's facial condition.

Our priority is not simply to use more energy.

With the same device, one area may need more intensity, another a gentler approach, and another fewer or more passes. We believe this can support a more natural and safer result.

NEWYOUNG Tailored Lifting aims for effective lifting suited to your face while minimizing the risk of burns, unnecessary cheek hollowing, flattening of the upper cheeks, or unnatural emphasis of wrinkle boundaries.

How NEWYOUNG Tailored Lifting Works

01 First, assess skin thickness and facial structure

A. Skin thickness and fat distribution B. Facial contours and dimension

Treatment starts with a careful assessment of your face.

We first examine skin thickness, the amount and distribution of fat, and the overall contours and dimension of the face.

02 Consider both current volume and potential future changes

A. Current volume B. Potential future changes

Some areas already lack volume; others may look fine now but lose fat and become hollow over time.

The area below the cheekbones, lower eyelid and upper cheek, area around the mouth and eyes, and temples are relatively prone to volume loss or hollowing with age.

03 Analyze patterns of sagging and the course of aging

A. Direction and form of sagging

Sagging does not develop in the same way for everyone.

In fuller faces, heavier tissue may descend. In leaner faces or with thinner skin, the surface may appear to fold or drape rather than show a large mass of tissue moving downward.

04 Identify expression patterns and wrinkle boundaries

A. Nasolabial fold boundaries B. Boundaries below the mouth

Areas such as nasolabial folds and marionette lines can become more defined with facial expression and movement.

We identify their boundaries carefully before treatment and plan where to apply heat-based energy so it does not make a particular line appear more prominent.

05 Design the face in distinct zones

We do not treat the entire face as one uniform area.

We assess the lower face, beneath the jawline, around the mouth, above and below the cheekbones, upper cheeks, under-eyes, fat above the nasolabial folds, around the eyes, and temples as separate zones, each with its own characteristics.

06 Areas that may need stronger treatment

A. Above the cheekbones B. Lower face, beneath the jawline, and double chin

Relatively stronger energy may be appropriate for the lower face, beneath the jawline, the double chin, and above the cheekbones. We may also plan more treatment passes in these areas when appropriate.

07 Areas treated precisely at moderate intensity

A. Below the upper cheek and just above the nasolabial fold

The sagging fatty tissue below the upper cheek and just above the nasolabial fold may look smoother and more youthful when tightened appropriately.

To avoid excessive flattening, we adjust the number of passes to the person's condition and use moderate intensity.

08 Areas requiring the most cautious approach

A. Under the eyes, around the eyes, and temples B. Around the mouth and below the cheekbones

The under-eye area, eye area, temples, area around the mouth, and area below the cheekbones may already lack volume or be prone to future hollowing.

We use the lowest suitable energy level and a conservative number of passes to avoid volume loss or flattening from excessive heat.

09 In the upper cheeks, volume balance matters as much as lifting

A. Preserve the fullness of the upper cheeks

The upper cheeks help give the face a youthful, dimensional appearance. Instead of aggressively reducing this area, we plan only the tightening needed while preserving its volume as much as possible.

10 Treatment is adjusted to the face throughout

A. Adjust intensity and coverage by area

Even with the same device and tip, facial structure and aging patterns differ. Treatment must therefore be tailored to each area from start to finish.

This also takes time and care.

Providing treatment as described above requires sufficient time and care. We devote both to NEWYOUNG Tailored Lifting.
