Terms of Use
Article 1. Purpose and Application
These Terms set out the conditions for viewing information and following links to external services on the website operated by NEWYOUNG CLINIC (the “Clinic”), and the rights and obligations of the Clinic and users. Medical care agreements, medical procedures, and fee settlement are governed by applicable law and the Clinic's separate notices, explanations, and consent processes.
Article 2. Users and Services
A “user” is a person who visits and uses the website; membership registration is not required. The Clinic provides information on its medical team, treatments, packages, fees, news, opening hours, location, and contact details, along with links to phone, external booking, messaging, maps, and social media.
The website does not provide member accounts, online inquiry forms, a shopping cart, payment, or its own booking submission function.
Article 3. Use of Medical Information
General information on the website is intended to help users understand treatments. It does not replace an individual diagnosis or prescription or an in-person explanation by a clinician. Suitability, effectiveness, side effects, and recovery vary by person and should be decided in consultation with a clinician.
Article 4. Appointments and External Services
Appointments and consultations take place by the listed phone number or through external services. Clicking a website link or viewing treatment or package information does not by itself create a booking or medical care agreement. Please follow the Clinic's and the relevant channel's guidance for booking confirmation, changes, or cancellation.
External services are governed by their own terms and policies concerning accounts, functions, and personal information. The Clinic seeks to keep link information accurate; liability attributable to the Clinic is governed by applicable law.
Article 5. Treatments and Non-Covered Medical Fees
Treatment, package, and promotional information is available subject to the stated eligibility, contents, period, and conditions. Necessary details and costs based on the individual's condition and scope of care are explained before care or treatment.
Non-covered medical fees are shown on a separate notice page. Users may ask the Clinic about errors or discrepancies in the posted information, and the Clinic will provide any explanation and correction required by law.
Article 6. User Obligations and Content Rights
Users must comply with applicable law and these Terms. They must not distribute malware, make abnormal automated requests, exploit security vulnerabilities, misuse another person's information, or disrupt the service.
Rights in website text, images, video, and other content belong to the Clinic or the lawful rights holder. Except as permitted by law, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use the content commercially without the rights holder's permission.
Article 7. Service Changes, Suspension, and Liability
The Clinic may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, communications failures, disasters, security responses, or other necessary reasons. It will announce major foreseeable changes or interruptions on the website.
The Clinic and users are liable under applicable law for losses attributable to their own actions. These Terms do not exclude liability for the Clinic's intentional misconduct or gross negligence or users' statutory rights.
Article 8. Privacy and Dispute Resolution
Processing of personal information is governed by a separate Privacy Policy. Service questions or objections may be sent to the main phone number (02-2088-4260) or email (newyoungclinic@naver.com). The parties will seek a negotiated resolution; unresolved disputes are governed by Korean law and the courts with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 9. Changes and Effective Date of Terms
The Clinic posts these Terms on the website and announces the reason and effective date in advance if they change. Changes materially affecting user rights receive adequate advance notice and the procedures required by law. The Korean version is authoritative; translations are provided to aid understanding.
